Agent Skills Guide
An Agent Skill is a folder of instructions and supporting files. Claude Code, Codex, and other compatible agents load it when the request matches its description.
Review checklist
SKILL.md normally contains a name, a trigger description, and the working instructions.
References, scripts, templates, and examples belong beside it when they make the workflow more reliable.
A public GitHub URL makes a skill inspectable. It does not automatically make the code safe or permissively licensed.
