Upload a CV and optionally your own LinkedIn profile export. The same fixed system of checks runs on every document, so the same file always produces the same result and every finding points at a specific line in your CV.
Findings are grouped by what they actually cost: Repack (you already have it, it is worded wrong — hours), Prove (you have the skill, nothing public backs it) and Learn (genuinely absent). Most of what holds people back is repacking.
Your documents are parsed in memory and discarded. Files are never stored.
